Private parties are a great way to be creative with your kids, friends, family, and even your co-workers. We offer several private party options, such as: Paint Your Own Pottery, Kid's canvas painting party, Hand-built pottery, and Instructor led Paint and Sip. Each of these parties can be personalized to fit your needs.

Kid's Painting Party

Birthdays, sports teams, dance teams, holidays, get-togethers with classmates, and everything in between. You bring the kids, we bring the fun!

11 x 14 kid's painting party details:

  • • 11 X 14 canvas
  • • $200 for up to eight painters*
  • • Each additional painter is $25
  • • Non-Refundable deposit of $100 to secure the date & time
  • • Payment for remaining balance will be invoiced and payment will be collected at the time of the event
  • • 1 hour of instructor led painting
  • • 1 hour of parent led party and refreshment time
  • • Pre-traced canvases from our kids gallery (suitable for ten years and under - for eleven years and older, we suggest our 11x14 private event gallery. Pricing for events from this gallery is the same as our adult private events due to the level of instruction required. )
  • • We provide: aprons, paint, brushes, easels, canvas, instruction, atmosphere, and clean up.
  • • You are welcome to bring food and drinks
  • • Flatscreen TV with streaming video capabilities available for use (back party room only)
  • • NOTE: We do not provide napkins, plates, cups, flatware, etc.

Instructor Led Paint and Sip

Let the fun begin! Enjoy an event filled with creativity as one of our instructors leads your group through the necessary steps to complete one of paintings from our extensive image library.

16 x 20 Instructor led paint and sip party details:

  • • 16 X 20 canvas
  • • $275 for up to eight painters*
  • • Each additional painter is $32
  • • Non-Refundable deposit of $100 to secure the date & time
  • • Payment for remaining balance will be invoiced and payment will be collected at the time of the event
  • • We provide: aprons, paint, brushes, easels, canvas, instruction, atmosphere, and clean up
  • • Price includes a total of 2 hours of painting/party time in our private events area
  • • You are welcome to bring food and drinks

Private Pottery Party

Our private pottery party allows your partiers choice and creativity! We have a great selection of pre-made ceramics from which your guests can choose.

Pottery Event:

  • • Minimum of $200 in studio pottery purchases
  • • $100 non-refundable deposit (applied toward the $200 minimum)*
  • • Cost for items over and above the initial $100 deposit can be paid for at the time of the event.
  • • You are welcome to bring food and drinks
  • • NOTE: We do not provide napkins, plates, cups, flatware, etc.
  • • For private events scheduled on a date that we are not normally open (i.e. Mondays or Tuesdays), there is an additional $50 set up fee, which will be added to the invoice.
  • • Discounts do not apply to private events

Hand-built Pottery Party

Our private hand-built pottery party opens up a new world of creativity for your partiers!

Hand-built Pottery Event:

  • • $240 for up to eight pottery builders*
  • • $30 per additional builder
  • • $100 non-refundable deposit (applied toward the $240 minimum)
  • • Remaining balance can be paid at the time of the event
  • • Two hours of instruction and work time in our private event area
  • • Pottery building is instructor led and focuses on pinch and coil techniques
  • • Includes bisque fire, underglaze painting and glaze fire studio fee
  • • You are welcome to bring food and drinks
  • • NOTE: We do not provide napkins, plates, cups, flatware, etc.
  • • For private events scheduled on a date that we are not normally open (i.e. Mondays or Tuesdays), there is an additional $50 set up fee, which will be added to the invoice.
  • • Discounts do not apply to private events

Hand-built Pottery Timeline:

Our hand-built pottery classes require a bit more time 'after the party' than our other events. Below is a rough timeline of when you can expect to paint and pick up your creations.

  • • The new hand-built pottery will require approximately one week of drying time
  • • Pottery will be fired during our normal firing times the weekend after the pieces are dry
  • • Approximately two weeks after your party, participants may come in and paint their pieces
  • • Once pieces are painted, they will be overglazed by our staff and fired a second time (this makes the pieces shiny!)
  • • The Thursdsay of the following week, final glazed pieces may be picked up

Take Home Painting Kits

Can't make it to one of our events, but still want to create something great? Or maybe you have a group of friends scattered around the world who want to paint with you? This option is a great way to "get together" for some creative fun or host a private party.

Painting Kit Information:

  • • $25 per painter includes canvases, brushes, paints and access to our tutorial video
  • • Choose from our current list of paintings for which we have already made videos
  • • Brushes ARE included for each painter
